DATES & DETAILS OF THE 2009/10 LEAGUE MEETINGS:

Meeting 1: 27/08/09 - Ambleside Social Club (upstairs Bar)

For distribution of handbooks, Bowman, Florence Bowman and KO Shield draws.

Meeting 2: 07/01/10 - Ambleside Social Club (upstairs Bar)

For Xmas Draw and distributing singles and pairs entry sheets to teams.

Meeting 3: 08/04/10 - Ambleside Social Club (upstairs Bar)

For distribution of venue and player details for knockout phases and Finals of singles and pairs plus Presentation Dance Tickets.

Meeting 4: 13/05/10 - Ambleside Social Club (upstairs Bar)

This meeting allows potential changes to rules and constitution received by letter by the committee to be read out to all delegates prior to the A.G.M. This will allow delegates time to discuss with their teams before voting on the issue(s) at the A.G.M.

Distribute Team Affiliations forms for 2010/11.

The Committee will also distribute last year's minutes of the A.G.M. at this meeting.

Annual General Meeting:

08/07/10 - Ambleside Social Club (downstairs Dance Hall)

For voting in the committee for 2010/11, voting on new teams, voting on the make-up of the Divisions, voting on changes to rules and constitution of the league.

NOTE: Teams must return their affiliation forms for 2010/11 AND BE PRESENT BY 8.30PM or they WILL NOT be eligible to play in the 2010/11 season.
